4. Set the Lower Drum (9) assembly shafts into the Stand Bracket (26), and attach with
Hex. Bolt (25), Set Washer (21), and Hex. Nut (7). Tighten securely. See photo C.
5. Attach the Drum Adjusting Plate (18) to the Pivot Bracket (17) using Hex. Bolt (19),
Spring Washer (6), and Hex. Nut (7). Tighten securely. See photo D.
6. With the Spring in the bottom of the Adjusting Handle (24), place the locking teeth of
the handle into the top Drum Adjusting Plate (18) notches. Press down until the
Adjusting Handle bracket holes align with the Support Arm (15) holes (It may be
necessary to move the Lower Drum (9). Insert Set Washer (21) and Hex. Bolt (20).
Secure the bolt end with Hex. Nut. (7), only enough to secure it, but allow in-out
movement of the Adjusting Handle. See photo D.
7. Mount the Motor Mount Plate (32) and Motor (33) to the Axle Bracket using Hex. Bolts
(31), Set Washers (21), and Hex. Nuts (22). Tighten Securely. See Assembly Drawing.
