Safety Standard for farm work

8. rIce plantIng machIne

 

 

Check  if  cover  is  attached  to  each  section  before 

starting the engine.

 

 

Do not jump on or off the machine.

 

 

When checking the transplanting blade with the plant-

ing section raised up, secure the hydraulic secure lever 

and support with securing angle to prevent the fall.

 

 

Covers  removed  from  inspection  and  maintenance 

must be reattached correctly.

 

 

Be sure to connect the left and right brake pedal with 

connector: When using partial brake, it may cause an 

overturn.

 

 

Use the handle and clutch correctly. Do not drive with 

one hand. Do not drive looking sideways.

 

 

Do not drive with the planting section operating.

 

 

Driving on roads

   - According to Road Transport Vehicle Law, driving on 

a public road is prohibited.

   - If it needs to transport on a public road, load it on a 

vehicle (truck, etc) to transport.

 

 

When  any  foreign  material  is  stuck  in  transplanting 

rows,  or  when  touching  transplanting  arm  during  in-

spection, stop the engine and remove it where all oth-

er units stopped operating.

 

 

If stopped due to foreign material stuck in transplant-

ing  arm  ,  depress  the  key  clutch  pedal  immediately, 

stop the engine and remove the foreign material.

 

 

Do  not  detach  outside  covers  on  each  section  be-

cause they are required for safety reasons.

 

 

When checking and inspecting with the harvest sec-

tion  raised  up,  make  sure  to  put  the  harvest  secur-

ing handle secured in a fixed position and choke with 

bricks or wooden panel under the harvest blade.

 

 

When removing straws in harvest unit, threshing unit 

and cutter, stop the engine and check to see if the op-

erating clutch is disengaged.

 

 

When  replacing  combine  harvest  blade,  be  careful 

not to touch the tip of blade.

 

 

On  a  downhill,  use  the  engine  brake  and  using  the 

steering clutch is prohibited.

 

 

Be careful not to be in contact with rotating unit, oper-

ation unit, silencer, etc while operating the machine.

 

 

Make  sure  to  stop  the  engine  when  threshing  unit, 

cutter and cutting machine are clogged or when it is 

necessary to replace the string of binding device.
