Chapter 3: Replacing pre-installed

components

3.1

Introduction

This chapter describes how to replace all the pre-installed 
components of your GX28, including PCI-X cards, riser card, 
motherboard, CD-ROM drive, and LED control board. There 
is also a section covering the replacement of the 4-port SATA 
backplane and 4-port SCSI backplane.
Before you attempt to replace any components, make sure 
you have read section 2.1 

Before you begin
