2.10 - Installing the Power Supply

There are five power connectors on your Thunder n4250QE S4985G3NR. The
Thunder n4250QE S4985G3NR requires that you have an EPS12V power
supply that has a 24-pin and two 8-pin power connectors. Except the 24-pin and
8-pin power supplies,

you also need to connect the two 4-pin power supply

for the power of processor if you want to use Quad Rand memory.

4-Pin IDE Power connector

NOTE

: Please be aware that ATX 2.x, ATX12V and ATXGES power supplies

may

not

be

compatible with the board and can damage the motherboard and/or

CPU(s).

Applying power to the board

1.  Connect the 12V 8-pin power connector.
2.  Connect the EPS/12V 24-pin power connector.
3.  Connect the 4-pin power connector.
4.  Connect power cable to power supply and power outlet

NOTE

YOU MUST

unplug the power supply before plugging the power cables

to motherboard connectors.
