The wire of earphone set is broken. 

Check whether the earphone 

set is still functional. If not, 

please replace it with a new 

one.  

The device is not properly connected 

to USB port. 

Connect the device to USB port 

firmly and correctly. 

The device is not recognized the 

Operation System 

For Windows® 2000/ME/XP 

users, please unplug and plug 

the device again. 

For Windows® 98SE users, 

please check if the device 

driver was correctly installed. 

File system of the device is corrupt. 

Rebuild the file system with 

“Format” function of Windows®.

Cannot read or write files 

to the device. 

The Flash memory is full 

Delete unnecessary files from 

the device.
