IMPORTANT:
The CEL450 operates over the GSM cellular network and requires a satisfactory GSM connection
in order to operate.
The CEL450 is a safety product that needs to work in an emergency. Once satisfactorily
positioned in your home, activated and tested, the unit and its GSM cellular antenna must not be
relocated without repeating the installation test process to check continued satisfactory operation.
The CEL450 has been supplied with a fitted SIM card which should never be tampered with. This
card can only be used with the CEL450 and it should not be removed. The CEL450 cannot
operate without the SIM card. Do not attempt to fit any SIM card which has not been specifically
