13 TONNE HYDRAULIC PIPE BENDER

1. Before use, make sure to fill the oil tank with oil.
2. Before bending pipes, the valve should be closed tightly, otherwise the pressure will not
increase. Loosen the screw of the oil nozzle so air can circulate in the oil tank.
3. The diameter of the pipe to be bent should be similar to the mould in use, otherwise the
pipe will be deformed and you will damage the mould.
4. Pipes that have welded seams should not be face to the mould directly.
5. During the bending process the two supporting rollers should roll in tandem while the
pipe is moving within the slot of the mould. If only one roller is working, stop operation
immediately
6. Make sure to clean the pipe bender periodically and when adding new oil, an appropriate
filter must be used. Machine oil to be used by the pipe bender is #15.
