1. Securely tighten the valve. Make sure oil has been applied to the supporting rollers, moulds
and the pipes to be bent.
2. Choose the correct size bending mould for the pipe to be bent and fix to the top of the pump
stem. The slots of the two supporting rollers should face the relevant assembling holes of
the upper and lower plates. This eliminates the possibility of assembling the rollers and
moulds incorrectly and therefore damaging them.
3. When the pipe to be bent is positioned in place, close the upper plate. Operate the
hand pump to bend the pipe. Once complete push the valve and the piston will reset
automatically. Open the upper plate and take out the bent pipe.
