Operation
. Emptying the dirt collection vessel
Before carrying out the following tasks irst read
the safety instructions in Chapter 2 - Safety.
Also, familiarise yourself with the task sequence
described.
• The dirt collection vessel is opened via a hydraulic
cylinder. The tap for the emptying cylinder must be
open.
•
Dirt collection vessel with high-level illing lap (optional).
During emptying of the dirt collection vessel, the high-
level illing lap swings away from the dumping area.
The high-level illing lap permits the collector
vessel to be illed to a higher level.
• Lift the sweeping machine.
No person must be present below the machine
during emptying.
• Flip the respective control lever for the sweeping
machine hydraulics in the carrier vehicle. The direction
of low changes and the collector vessel opens.
• Close collector vessel by lipping back the previously
mentioned control lever in the carrier vehicle. (low
direction changed again)
If the swept material is wet, it may be useful
to operate the control lever briely several
times to facilitate emptying.
• Set down the sweeping machine and continue
sweeping.
