Transport trips
Transport is deined as trips with lifted
sweeping machine!
Check and attach or replace transport equipment at the
carrier vehicle - such as, e.g., additional illumination,
warning equipment and possible protective equipment.
If lighting that is part of the standard carrier vehicle
is obscured in the transport position of the sweeping
machine, you must attach additional illumination to the
carrier vehicle.
No passengers may be carried on the sweeping machine
during transport trips.
For the transport, the power take-off shaft / hydraulic
equipment for operating and lowering the sweeping
machine must be secured against accidental operation.
Your Kompakt sweeping machine changes the driving
behaviour and inluences steering and braking. Take this
into account when transporting the machine.
Operation
Start the Kompakt sweeping machine only if all safety
equipment is attached and in protection position.
No person may be present in the area of operation. Check
the immediate area before starting to drive and before
start-up (children). Ensure that there is suficient visibility.
No passengers may be carried on the machine during
operation.
Never leave the driving seat during driving.
Pay attention to the inluence of your sweeping machine
on driving behaviour and steering and braking ability.
Adapt the driving speed to suit the respective road and
trafic conditions. Avoid sudden turns during uphill and
downhill driving and when driving parallel to a slope.
