Removing the sweeper shovel attachment

1. Empty the sweeper shovel attachment.
2. Park the host vehicle and the sweeper securely on level and

solid ground. See

Maintenance preparation

NOTE!

If the sweeper shovel attachment is not going to be
used for a longer period of time, carry out the
instructions in chapter "Storing the accessory
equipment over longer periods of time

3. If the side broom is present, close the shut-off valve (1) and

bring the side broom to the normal position, see "Swiveling the
side broom to the operating/normal position", page 33.

4. If a water spraying unit is present, unplug the power plug of

the water pump from the switching box.

5. Lay the power cable of the water spraying unit over the

sweeper shovel attachment.

6. Move all operating levers of the working hydraulics to both

sides repeatedly.

The hydraulic system is decompressed.

7. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses (1) from the quick-release

couplings.

8. Seal the quick-release couplings with dust caps.
9. Lay the ends of the hydraulic hoses over the sweeper shovel

attachment.
