8 Troubleshooting

Malfunctions that are not listed below must be remedied in every case by the relevant dealer.

Engine

Hydraulic lines are not properly
connected.

Check the connections.

Oil level in the hydraulic tank of
the host vehicle too low.

Check oil fill level.

Pressure or volume flow is too
low.

Seek out a specialist repair shop.

1. Sweeper cylinder does not

turn.

Hydraulic motor defective.

Seek out a specialist repair shop.

Water tank is empty.

Fill up with water.

Water filter is clogged.

Clean the water filter.

Nozzles are clogged.

Clean the nozzles.

2. Water spraying unit not

functioning.

Fuse in switching box is defective. Replace fuse.

Feed line is closed.

Move the shut-off valve (2-way
valve) lever.

Hydraulic lines are not properly
connected.

Check the connections.

3. Side broom not functioning.

Hydraulic motor defective.

Seek out a specialist repair shop.

Setting of the brush not optimal.

Adjust the contact pressure of the
sweeper cylinder.

Worn out brush rings.

Replace brush rings.
