Troubleshooting
USB Headset is designed to work reliably and predictably in all normal
conditions. However, it is possible that problems may occur. Please check the
following suggestions before contacting technical support:

Easi-Headset will not record
sounds.
The sound recording has a
crackle and is not clear.
Ensure that the default device is correctly
set in ‘Sounds and Audio Devices’.
Try a different USB port on your PC.
Ensure the volume control is set to an
audible level.
Ensure the volume control on the PC is set
to an audible level for playback devices.
