Switching modes
When the Shock Monitor is turned on, the initial screen is displayed for about three
seconds, and then the device enters the Monitor mode.
The Monitor mode is used for load monitoring.
To change parameters,
press the MODE key to
go to the Program mode
selection screen. Press
the SET key to change
to the Program mode.
On the MODE selection
screen, press the MODE
key again to go to the
Test mode selection
screen.
Press the SET key here
to change to the Test
mode. In the Test mode,
you can activate the
output relay to issue
outputs.
Press the MODE key to
return to the Monitor
mode.

Monitor mode
The Monitor mode is used to actually monitor the load. The LCD display shows the current
load ratio, current process [No.], and the setting values for Low, High1, and High2.
For power monitoring, the displayed load ratio is a value calculated on the
assumption that the selected motor capacity is 100%. For torque monitoring, it is a
value calculated on the assumption that the rated torque at 60 Hz is 100%.
