Disassembling cutting tool

1. Release the lock (10).

2. Rotate the die carrier (9) by 45°.

3. Pull carrier (9) out from the bottom.

4. Remove cutting tool (16) by rotating it.

Mounting the cutting tool

1. Check wearing plate (18).

2. Lightly lubricate the square part of the cutting tool and die car-

rier bore hole with lubricating grease "G1" TRUMPF Order No.
0139440.

3. Ensure that the installation length is correct.

5.3 Replacing carbon brushes

The motor comes to a standstill whenever the carbon brushes are
worn out.

Have the carbon brushes checked and replaced as required by

a qualified specialist.

Note

Only use original replacement parts and observe the information
on the rating plate.
