Troubleshooting
Problem: The truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager is making noises when in use.
Solution: A steady noise from the motor is typical when the massager is being used. If the
massager makes a sudden loud or grinding noises discontinue use and contact truMedic® for
service.
Problem: The truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager will not turn on.
Solution: Ensure the A/C adapter is plugged into the correct outlet and that the adapter is
securely plugged into the power cord on the massager.
Problem: The truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager suddenly shut off.
Solution: If the massager has been used for more than 15 minutes the automatic shut off feature
has been activated to reduce the chance of overheating or injury. Wait 30 minutes and then
attempt to use the massager again.
Solution: Excessive force may have been applied to the base of the massager, and the
automatic shut-off safety feature was activated. Relax your feet and do not stand while using
the massager
