Don't Forget the Power Switch!
The truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager
will not function if the power switch (located on the back
of the unit) is not turned on first!

Press the “Power” button to begin your
massage session.
•
To turn off your massager, press the
“Power” button once again
•
To adjust the air compression, press the
“Air Compression” button and it will cycle
through low, medium, and high intensity.
•
To adjust the shiatsu massage, press the
“Shiatsu Massage” button. It will cycle
through both the foot and leg, leg only,
foot only, or off - in that order.
•
Press the “Heat” button to turn on the heat
function.
•
Press the “Mode” button to cycle between
three unique massage programs.
