Unplug the truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager immediately after use or before cleaning.
Take care to completely turn off the unit before unplugging.

Do not use the truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager in humid or wet areas such as the
bathroom, shower, tub, steam room, pool or Jacuzzi.

The truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager is not intended for outdoor use or where moisture
is present.

If the truMedic® Insta® Foot and Calf Massager becomes hot, unplug and let it cool down before
resuming use.
