Description of the lamp
BRAYT 5W BATTERY INSPECTION LAMP is a portable lamp that perfectly recreates natural light
conditions. A modern COB LED sourse of light with a very high colour rendering index: CRI=95 that is
close to sunlight and allows for perfect colour and shade matching, for example in case of car lacquers. It
makes it easier to check the colour against the colour template and inspect the effects of the coating work.
In the light of the 5 W BATTERY INSPECTION LAMP, it is easy to spot even the smallest defects in the
coating such as stains, holograms or surface overheating.
The efficient COB LED source of light also provides light output unmatched in regular battery workshop
lamps with the luminous flux of up to 400 lm. The lamp works in two modes of lighting. After 5 minutes
it automatically changes the lighting mode from 100% to 50%, and thus prevents the battery from fast
discharging. The high power of the LED COB 5 W source of light requires adequate heat dissipation,
which is achieved by using a special aluminum radiator.
The lens can be removed easily and thus it can be cleaned thoroughly.
The capacious 2600 mAh Li-Ion battery provides for up to 4 hours of continuous operation. The battery
needs 4 hours to fully recharge. Do not charge for more than 4 hours. The lamp has a battery charging
indicator. Too short and too frequent recharging of the battery has an adverse effect on its service life. Do
not store the lamp with a discharged battery. It is not allowed to the user to replace the battery. A charged
battery slowly loses its accumulated energy over time. This is normal.
The swivel housing allows the lamp to be tilted at any angle. Due to this function and additional two
magnets and rotary hook
the lamp can be fixed easily and in a flexible manner. This gives you the
opportunity to illuminate the desired space optimally, and leaves your hands free. The housing has a
reinforced construction that gives the entire lamp a high class of mechanical strength of IK07.
The lamp has
a high IP65 protection class.
The lamp is supplied together with a charging station with a µ USB charging jack. The charging station
is designed for mounting on the wall or attaching to the worktop using the magnet.
The small size of the lamp makes it easy to transport it during a visit to the customer's promises.
Intended use
The design of the housing and the lens and the specific light source make the lamp an indispensable tool in
the process of colour selection in paint shops. A very strong luminous flux, a compact size and a variety of
additional features make the lamp very useful in other professional service and production facilities such as
quality control stations, in car services or for various hobbyists. The lamp is not suitable for home lighting.
Cleaning and maintenance.
Protect the lamp and the charging set against dirt and scratches.
Use a dry or slightly damp cloth made of soft material for cleaning.
Do not use abrasives, solvents or aggressive cleaning agents.
The lamp and power adapter must not be dipped.
