STEP 03
Attach The Handle Bar

Housing on Central Post (15) until the exposed length is
roughly equal on both sides.

Note:
The handgrips are heavier at the top than the bottom. Point the
handgrips downwards until installation is completed.
STEP 04
Attach The Small Handlebar
s#ONNECT(ANDLEBAR ONTO#ENTRAL0OST WITH
Bracket (44) and attach it with two Nylock Nuts (46)
two Spring Washers (32) and two Curve Washers (45)
then use Allen Key to tighten
