6. USER DIFFERENT TRAINING MODE

6-1 After monitor is powered on and the screen enters standby mode, UO is flashing on the bottom line, user may 

press 

 

 to select Ul-U4 and MODE for confirmation.

6-2 After user selected, press 

 

 and MODE for personal data setting, NAME, GENDER, AGE, HEIGHT,  WEIGHT.

6-3 After personal data setting screen, enter different training modes selection, MANUAL QUICK START is shown 

on the bottom line, user may press START to go to exercise directly. Or press 

 / 

 and MODE for training 

mode MANUAL, PROGRAM, WATT CONTROL, FITNESS TEST, HEART RATE CONTROL, USER PROGRAM, 
PERSONAL TRAINING  selection.

6-4 MANUAL QUICK START user may press START to start training, all function values will count up from zero. 

You may operate all available buttons on the screen for functions setting or display during training, please refer to 
“FUNCTION BUTTONS DURING TRAINING” below

6-5 MANUAL

6-5-1 Press START button to start training, all function values will count up from zero.
6-5-2 Press MODE to preset function values for LOAD (1 - 16), TIME, DIST, CAL, and PULSE by pressing 
 

 

 button and MODE for confirmation. Press START for training, all function values will count down 

from preset figures to zero. Monitor will sound alarm to remind user when a preset value is achieved

6-5-3 You may operate all available buttons on the screen for functions setting or display during training, please 

refer to “FUNCTION BUTTONS DURING TRAINING” below.

6-6 PROGRAM

6-6-1 Press START button to start training, all function values will count up from zero.
6-6-2 Press MODE to preset function values for PROGRAM (P1-P12), LEVEL (1 - 16), TIME, DIST, CAL, PULSE 

by pressing 

 

 button and MODE for confirmation. Press START for training, all function values will 

count down from preset figures to zero. Monitor will sound alarm to remind user when a preset value is 
achieved

6-6-3 You may operate all available buttons on the screen for functions setting or display during training, please 

refer to “FUNCTION BUTTONS DURING TRAINING” below.

6-7 WATT  CONTROL

6-7-1Press START button to start training, all function values will count up from zero.
6-7-2 Press MODE to preset function values for WATT, TIME, DIST, CAL, and PULSE by pressing 

 

 button 

and MODE for confirmation. Press START button for training, all function values will count down from 
preset figures to zero. (WATT preset value is 120, each increment or decrement is 5). Monitor will sound 
alarm to remind user when a preset value is achieved

6-8 HEART RATE CONTROL

6-8-1 Press START button to start training, all function values will count up from zero.
6-8-2 Press MODE to preset heart rate target percentage (50%, 75%, 90% and target 100%), TIME, DIST, CAL by 

pressing 

 

 button and MODE for confirmation. Press START button for training, all function values will 

count down from preset figures to zero. Monitor will sound alarm to remind user when a preset value is 
achieved

6-9 USER PROGRAM

6-9-1 Press START button to start training, all function values will count up from zero. User may adjust LOAD 
 

(1 - 16 ) for each flashing column by pressing

6-9-2 Press MODE to preset user’s own program profiles for training by pressing 

 

 button and MODE for 

confirmation, press MODE for over 2 seconds to quit.

6-9-3 To preset function values for  TIME, DIST, CAL, and PULSE by pressing 

 

 button and MODE for 

 confirmation
6-9-4 Press START button to train and all function values will count down from preset figures to zero. Monitor 

will sound alarm to remind user when a preset value is achieved

6-9-5 You may operate all available buttons on the screen for functions setting or display during training, please 

refer to “FUNCTION BUTTONS DURING TRAINING” below.
