ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 13: LAT CABLE (118) - CABLE LOOP ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM

After the Machine is assembled, check whether the cable is tensioned. At correct tension, there should be a gap of
3-5 mm between the Top Plate and the Weight Stack. If the Cable is slightly loose, adjust it by tightening the Bolt at
the top of the weight stack. If the Cable is very loose, adjust the length of Coil Chain (115), using the Snap Link (114).

Lat Cable (118)

1. Feed the Lat Cable (118) with the Bolt End (F), through the Top Beam (6) starting at Point (A) shown in the diagram.

2. Attach a Pulley (52) to Hole (A) (as in view N) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 70) (93), 2 Washers (Ø10) (108),

2 Plastic Bushings (76) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101).

3. Feed the Lat Cable (118) through to Hole (B).

4. Attach a Pulley (52) to Hole (B) (as in view N) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 70) (93), 2 Washers (Ø10) (108),

2 Plastic Bushings (76) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101).

5. Feed the Lat Cable (118) to Point (C), this cable will only be fed through the Top Pulley.

6. As shown in View (M) assemble 2 Pulleys (52) to the Double Pulley Rack (27) using 2 Hex Bolts (M10 x 45) (91),

4 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 2 Nylon Lock Nuts (M10) (101).

7. Feed the Lat Cable (118) to Point (D).

8. Attach a Pulley (52) to Point (D) on the Pec Top Beam (21) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 45) (91),

2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101).

9. Feed the Lat Cable (118) to Point (E).

10. Attach a Pulley (52) to Point (E) on the Pec Top Beam (21) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 45) (91),

2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101).

11. Point (F) of the Lat Cable (118) has the Bolt End. This Bolt End needs to be screwed into the Top Weight Plate (36).

Tension can be adjusted by loosening and tightening the Nut.

12. Attach a Snap Link (114) to the (A) (Ball end) of the Lat Cable (118).

13. Attach Comfort Grips (75) to each end of the Lat Bar (44).

14. Hook the Lat Bar (44) to the Snap Link (114).

15. As shown in View (O) the Lat Bar can be Hooked on the end of the Top Beam (6).
