ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 15: PEC CABLE (119) AND CONNECTING CABLE (122) ASSEMBLY

1. Attach the (A2) end of the Pec Cable (119) to the Left Adjustment Frame (34) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 25) (90),

2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (G).

2. Feed the Pec Cable (119) into the Pec Pulley Rack (29).

3. Attach a Pulley (52) to the Pec Pulley Rack (29) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 45) (91), 2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and

1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (K).

4. Feed the Pec Cable (119) into the Single Pulley Rack (30).

5. Attach a Pulley (52) to the Single Pulley Rack (30) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 45) (91), 2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and

1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (J).

6. Feed the Pec Cable (119) into the Pec Pulley Rack (29).

7. Attach a Pulley (52) to the Pec Pulley Rack (29) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 45) (91), 2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and

1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (K).

8. Attach the (B2) end of the Pec Cable (119) to the Right Adjustment Frame (33) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 25) (90),

2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (G).

Connecting Cable (122)

1. Attach the A1 end of the Connecting Cable (119) to the Single Pulley Rack (30) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 25) (90),

2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (J).

2. Feed the Connecting Cable (122) through the 3 Pulley Racks located on the Main Bottom Frame (1). The 2 pulleys

located on the Main Bottom Frame (1) have already been assembled in Step 14.

3. Feed the Connecting Cable (122) into the Adjustment Frame (14).

4. Insert the 2 Pulley Bushing (77) into the Pulley (52) as shown in View (H).

5. Attach the Pulley (52) with 2 Pulley Bushings (77) to the Adjustment Frame (14) using 1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 50) (96),

2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101) as shown in View (H).

6. Link up and attach the (B1) end of the Connecting Cable (122) with the Single Pulley Rack (30) using

1 Hex Bolt (M10 x 45) (90), 2 Washers (Ø10) (108) and 1 Nylon Lock Nut (M10) (101), as Shown in View (J).
