More About the Video Player 

Video Player is one of the four main areas of a TRU4orce session. 

TRU4orce’s video player provides: 

 

Video playback control 

 

Interval number and time 

 

GPS date and time stamp (date and time) 

 

Navigation controls 

When you expand the video player, the intra-lap navigation control appears for more granular navigation within 
the current lap, along with any splits that you’ve established. 

 

 

A – Play/pause (or use Spacebar) 

 

B – Session elapsed time 

 

C – Current position in session 

 

D – Time and date
