Customized color mapping of the Z-axis is available under the
Z Grad
selector under the
Surface
tab. The particular custom color map is specified from an ASCII file by the
Custom
Colors
button under the
Surface
tab. These files are located under
c:\MagScan\Color_Map\*.txt
.
The difference between two scans can be plotted by using the
Sample vs Ref
selection
under the
Surface
tab. However, to do this, the user must have data loaded as Sample and
data loaded as Reference, using the utilities provided under the
File
tab. Only data collected
during discrete scans can be subtracted, and the two files must have a matching scan track.
Pressing the
camera
button will capture an image and save it with an automatically-
generated name, consisting of the date and time. It will be stored under
c:\MagScan\Experiment_Data\<YYYYMMM>\<date>_<time>_3DImage.bmp
.
