12: Neutral loss detection

Parameter 2:
N.L:
Indicates neutral loss detection function.
Parameter 3:
DIS:
Disable the neutral loss detection function. The UPS will not detect the neutral loss.
ATO:
The UPS will automatically detect if the neutral is lost. If neutral loss is detected, an alarm
will sound. If the UPS is turned on, it will transfer to battery mode. When neutral is restored
and detected, the alarm will be muted automatically and the UPS will go back to Normal mode
automatically.
CHE:
The UPS will automatically detect the neutral loss. If neutral loss is detected, an alarm will
sound. If the UPS is turned on, it will transfer to battery mode. When neutral is restored, the alarm
will NOT be muted automatically and the UPS will NOT go back to normal mode automatically.
You must mute the alarm and put the UPS back to Normal mode manually using these steps:
1) Enter this menu and press the “Enter” key to make the “CHE” flash. 2) Press the “Enter” key
again to activate the neutral detection (check). If neutral is detected, the alarm will be muted and
the UPS will go back to normal mode. If neutral is not detected, the UPS will continue sounding
an alarm and stay on the latest status until the neutral is properly detected at the next manual
checking operation.
CHE is the default setting.

Notes:
• Battery disconnect should be performed by qualified service personnel only.
• Before making voltage adjustments, be sure to first disconnect all batteries to get the accurate charger voltage.
• Any modifications must be within range of the batteries’ specifications.
