Class B Foam System

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

CLASS B FOAMATE ATP

Use Class B Foam

Water Pressure: 125-250 PSIG 

[8.5 - 17 BAR]

Maximum Suction Pressure: 5 PSIG 

[0.35 BAR]

Refer to Foamate 2.1 Manual for further instruction.

Operation

1.  Start and Prime Water Pump
2.  Open Eductor Supply Valve
3.  Set Metering Valve Per Chart
4.  Open Foam Shutoff Valve
5.  Open Discharge and Operate

After Operation

1.  Close Foam Shutoff Valve
2.  Open Flush Valve for Clear Water
