General Information and Operating Instructions

PUSHBACK TRACTOR CHALLENGER550

Jan 28/19

Gearbox damage!

If the oil level is too high or too low, this can result in damage to the gearbox.



Make sure that the oil level is never above the "MAX" marking and never below the "MIN"
marking.



Use only authorized types of oil.

(1)

Run the engine at idling speed.

(2)

Pull the dip stick up.

(3)

Wipe the dip stick with a clean, lint-free cloth.

(4)

Reinsert the dip stick completely.

(5)

Pull the dip stick out again.

(6)

Hold the dip stick vertically downwards.

(7)

Check if the oil level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" marking.

INFORMATION

Only qualified technicians may top up the gearbox oil.
