Exhaust Restrictor  

 

Restrictor adjustment should only be done by a qualified installer. 

  Set the exhaust restrictor to the position shown in the table below. 

NOTE: 

The appliance will slow down within 5 to 10 minutes of startup due to the bi-metallic damper 

closing.  Make sure to wait for at least 10 minutes before assessing flame quality.  

NOTE:

 The restrictor positions listed below are based upon laboratory testing. The optimum position may 

vary slightly.
