TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the symptoms and measures listed below before sending the camera
for repairs. If the problem persists, contact your local reseller or service center.
Power Supply
Symptom
The power does not
come on.
The power cuts out
during use.
The power does not
go off.
The battery runs out
quickly.

camera feels warm.
Cause
The battery is not loaded.
The battery is exhausted.
The AC power adaptor is
not connected correctly.

unattended and unused,
so the auto power off cuts
it off.

Camera malfunction.
It is being used in extreme
low temperature.

captured in dark places

Long period of continuous
use of the camera or the
flash.
Measure
Load the battery correctly.
Recharge or use the AC
power adapter.
Reconnect it properly.
Turn the power back on.
Recharge or use the AC
power adapter.
Reload the battery. If using
t h e A C p o w e r a d a p t e r ,
reconnect it.
Fully charge the battery
and discharge it for at least
one complete cycle before
u s e t o m a x i m i z e i t s
performance and lifetime.
