Protecting Images/Video Clips
The "PROTECT" function allows you to set the data to read-only to prevent
images from being erased by mistake.
1. Slide the mode switch to [
].
2. Press the
button to enter [PLAY]
menu. Select [PROTECT] with the
S
/
T
/
W
/
X
buttons, then press the
OK
button.
3. Use the
S
/
T
buttons to select the desired
setting, then press the
OK
button.
[ONE IMAGE]: Protect one image/
video.
[ALL IMAGES]: Protect all images/
videos (at once).
[EXIT]: Exit from this menu.
4. Use the
S
/
T
buttons to select [LOCK],
then press the
OK
button.
Press the
button to return to the
playback mode.
The protect icon
is displayed on
each protected video and image.
Canceling protection
To cancel protection for an image or video, display the image or video for which
you wish to remove the protection.
1. Perform the above steps 1~3.
2. Use the
S
/
T
buttons to select [UNLOCK], then press the
OK
button.
