• Do not alter the safety mechanisms or repair the pressure cooker by yourself. Please
contact the store where it was purchased for the details.
• Use only the appropriate TRAMONTINA replacement parts, to ensure your pressure
cooker will function properly and safety.
• Do not tamper with any of the safety systems beyond the maintenance instructions
specified in the instructions for use.
The stove’s hotplate
should not be larger than
the base of the cooker.
Do not place objects
on the pressure control
valve.
The cooker should never
be submerged in water
to release pressure. See
Page 11.
Do not place the pressure
cooker in an oven or
microwave.
If the vent pipe or the
overpressure plug gets
blocked, dredge it.
Check the minimum,
maximum and other
specifications of liquid
filling.
