firmware
It is possible to update the recorder’s firmware via an update. The Trajet GmbH will provide you
with new firmware in electronic form. The name of this file always starts with the letters “upd”,
and the extension is “.bin”.
The update procedure is as follows:
Copy the Firmware file on a Flash memory card, which you insert into the recorder.
Switch on the recorder order while holding down the “
Stop Recording
” button.
Release the button.
The device now performs the update. Initially, LED 1 flashes, then LED1 and LED 2 will
flash alternately. Do not switch off the recorder during this process.
At startup and in the System Information menu item, you will see the new version num-
ber.
