4.1.6 Conversion Table
The pressure indicator is capable of displaying
pressure according to the SI or the ANSI standards.
Change between SI and ANSI using the ‘ARROW’
keys and confirm by pressing ‘ENTER’ key (F1).
The ANSI standard has other conversion factors than
the SI standard; see the following table for a number
of units:
4.1.7 Set customer unit
The density of seawater for the region where the pressure indicator is
used can be set here.
When a test pressure is set, the TRAQC-8 DPC can calculate the pressure
into meters under water. The density of the seawater will differ in
different parts of the world and the value has to be adjusted for correcting
for the pressure under water.
The seawater density is set in kg/m

and can be adjusted from 950 up to
and 1100 kg/m
3
.
For adjusting the unit, use the left and right arrow keys to select the digit
which has to be altered and use the up and down arrow keys for adjusting
the selected digit. When the right value has been set, press the enter key
(F1).
