• Blind hem stitching

In this sewing method the stitch cannot 
be seen on the front of the fabric.

Fold back the cloth so that the folded 
area protrudes by about 5 to 7 mm.

Iron and tack by hand.

Caution

Before changing the presser foot, remove the 
power plug from the outlet. 

Not doing so could cause an injury.

Raise the needle to its highest position, and then turn the pattern selection dial to select 
stitch number 7 or 9.
(When sewing stretch fabrics, select stitch number 9.)

Set the stitch length dial to setting “1” or “2”.
