1. Assemble the spiralizer.
2. Prep the vegetable (or fruit) to be spiralized, as per the
preparation guide.
3. Insert the food holder into the flat top of the vegetable
(fig.1).
4. If using the long spiral or shredded spiral blade, push
the vegetable onto the centre spikes of the blade. If you
are using the wide ribbon blade, place the vegetable in
the cone of the blade.
5. Join the motor and the food holder together and plug
in (fig.2).
6. Press the button on the motor to begin spiralizing,
using gentle downwards pressure to push the vegetable
against the blade.
