Ingredients
2 courgettes

1 clove of garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch of chives
5 eggs
5 tablespoons milk

Method
1. Wash and dice the vegetables.
2. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely.
3. Set the temperature controller to 5 (Frying/Roasting).
4. Add the olive oil to the cooking bowl and fry the
vegetables, onion and garlic.
5. Wash the chives and cut into fine rings.
6. Combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper with the
chives.
7. Add the chive and egg mixture to the vegetables.
8. Set the temperature controller to level 2 (Slow cooking)
and allow the mixture to thicken.
9. When the bottom is golden brown, turn the frittata over
and adjust the temperature controller to level 5 (Frying/
Roasting) to allow the top to go golden.
Method
1. Adjust the temperature controller to level 4 (Steaming)
and put the water into the cooking bowl.
2. Fit the steam insert and close the glass lid.
3. Wash the vegetables and cut them into even-sized
pieces.
4. Peel and chop the onions.
5. As soon as the water in the multi-cooker is hot, spread
the vegetables over the steam insert.
6. Depending on the type of vegetable and the size of the
pieces, the cooking time is around 10-20 minutes.
