Picture-in-Picture Troubleshooting
In some cases, depending upon the input
source, the Picture-in-Picture (PIP) area of the
Barfly display may be perceptibly darker than the
Barfly dogleg area.
TouchTunes has identified that this behavior can
be prevented at installation and calibration time
by selecting the
Reset to Defaults option in the
Barfly Calibration Wizard.
Resetting to Defaults
Doing so will reset the proper brightness values across all inputs that can be used for the
PIP source.
If you are experiencing this brightness issue with previously installed units, applying this
fix will resolve it. Note, however, that you will be required to recalibrate your scaler(s),
performing all steps of the calibration wizard.
The BarflyTV Operator Status Page
With the current BarflyTV software release, a status page is available to operators who are
on location to troubleshoot a player. To access the status page, the operator must start a
browser and enter the IP address of the player as the URL.
A prompt for a user name and password displays. The credentials are as follows:

Username : operator
• Password : flyonthewall
