Lay the panel face up and remove the

LCD frame

. Lift up the FL lamp side first

(about 40 mm), then lift the other side. This process makes it easier to release the
two corner latches as shown below:

Turn the panel over and lift off the

back shield

. The two latches release as you lift

up. The ICs on the LCD module are very sensitive; be very careful not to touch or
jar them.
