(Manual Photography)

Manually adjust exposure mode, white balance, photometry mode, and capture mode
before taking photographs. This setting is held in memory even if the camera is turned
OFF.

Prepare for taking photographs.

Insert the specified batteries (

page 20) and SD card (

page 23) into the

camera, and remove the lens cap.

Slide the POWER switch to turn the power ON.

Turn the mode dial to [

].

Press the OK button.

The camera enters the photography tab menu mode.
