Basic key operations
Operating procedures
To change the value of an item:
1 Move the bar to the item you wish to change using the up ( ↑) or down ( ↓) arrow keys.
2 Press
Enter
to display the submenu or the selected item.
3 Select a value. For key usage, refer to the Basic key operations above.
4 To exit from the submenu, press
Esc
.
5 Exit Setup in one of these ways:

Select SAVE & EXIT SETUP in the Main menu, or press F10, then follow the on-
screen instructions.
❖
Select EXIT WITHOUT SAVING in the Main menu, or press Esc, then follow the
on-screen instructions.
Up arrow (
↑
) Move to previous item
Down arrow (
↓
) Move to next item
Left arrow (
←
) Move to the item to the left
Right arrow (
→
) Move to the item to the right
PgUp or + Increase a value
PgDn or - Decrease a value
Shift + F2 Change the colors of the setup display
F5 Restore the previous value from CMOS (only for
submenu pages)
F6 Resets all options in a submenu to their default value. To
do so, you may need to reset the Magnia 550D default
settings in this and other submenus as well. For more
information, refer to the recommended settings shown in
the submenu.
F7 Resets all BIOS setup options to their default values. To
do so, you need to reset the Magnia 550D default
settings in the submenu as well. See
How to return to the
Toshiba defaults on page 82.
F10 Saves all changes to CMOS (only for the Main menu).
Exit Setup and start the system.
Esc Main menu - Display the menu prior to exit without
saving changes
Other menus - Exit the current page and return to the
Main menu
Enter Select a menu and an item
