Security settings

<Network Camera> is the domain name or original IP address of the Network
Camera.
Root password
Change the Administrator's password by typing in the new
password identically in both text boxes. The typed entries will be displayed as
asterisks for security purposes. After pressing
, the Administrator will have to
enter the new password to access the menu.
Add user
Type the new user's name and password and press
to insert the
new entry. The new user will be displayed in the user name list. There is a maximum
of twenty user accounts. There are three kinds of authentication: Administrator,
Operator and Viewer. Administrator can fully control the camera operation. Operator
can modify most of the camera's parameters except some privilege and network
options. Viewer can view, listen and control Digital Input/Digital Output of camera.
Network Camera can provide twenty accounts for your valuable customers or friends.
Manage user
Pull down the user list to fi nd the user's name and press
to
delete the selected user. Or edit the password or authentication of the selected
user and press
to take eff ect.
