44 Operating the Fax unit



Confirming/Deleting the recipients

You can confirm the recipients which you specified or delete unnecessary recipients.

Select the recipient to confirm from the recipient list displayed on the left-hand side
of the screen.

Details of the selected recipient appear.



Details of the members included in the group cannot be confirmed with this operation. Press
[Contents] when the group is selected.



P.43 “Specifying the group in the address book”



Press [Clear All Dest.] to delete all recipients displayed in the list.

Confirm the recipients on the screen displayed. Press [Clear] to delete the recipients
or groups from the recipient list.

When [Clear] is pressed, a confirmation message will appear. Press [OK].

The recipients selected are deleted from the recipient list.
