1. Remove the toner cartridge and the process

unit.

2. Detach the drum assembly. (See Fig. 3-4-2.)

3. Remove the timing belt 138.

Apply 0.1g of the grease (X5-6020

GREASE) to the gear teeth of the devel-

oper drive gear 1 (except the part used for

hooking the timing belt 138), developer drive

gear 2 and magnetic roller drive gear.
