2. Remove heater thermistor. (See Fig. 14-7-2)

3. Remove the housing assembly.

(See Fig. 14-7-7)

4. Remove the heat roller separator.

(See Fig. 14-7-5 and 14-7-5-2)

5. Release the heater cover assembly.

(See Figs. 14-7-8 and 14-7-9)

6. Remove the HR drive gear 1.

Note:

When HR drive gear 1 is replaced, apply

0.1 g of white grease (molycoat HP-300) to

the stud.
