Introduction / Getting started
Tuning the TV for the fi rst time
Before switching on the TV, put your decoder and
media recorder to standby, if they are connected,
and ensure that the aerial is connected. To setup
the TV, use the buttons on the remote control as
detailed on page 11.

Press the

button. The Menu Language screen
will appear. This screen will appear the fi rst time
that the TV is switched on.

to select OK . The Location
screen will appear.

to select Store or Home , then
select Next and press OK . For normal home use,
select Home .
Home is recommended for normal home use.
Select Store when using a TV for displaying in
a shop, etc.
Store mode:
• A confi rmation menu will appear.
• Intelligent AutoView menu is not available.

Press

to select Start Scan , and press OK .
The television will start to search for available
channels. The progress bar will indicate the scan
status.

You must allow the television to complete the
search.
When the automatic search is completed, the TV will
automatically return to 1 position and appear the
position list on the screen.
NOTE:
The Quick Setup menu can also be display at any
time from the Installation menu.
Learning about the menu system
We suggest you familiarize yourself with the display
charts before using the menu system:
