Viewing Normal Text/Use of
the Teletext Buttons
•
The TV is capable of showing both normal text and Fastext information on the screen.
The Teletext buttons on the remote control have the same function for both.
To display a page of text
Select a TV station with the text service desired.
Press
. The index page will appear.
Enter the 3-digit page number using the Channel
Number buttons.
Ex. Page 100: Press 1, 0 and 0.
To superimpose the text on a TV picture (
)
Press
again.
To return to the normal TV mode (
)
Press
repeatedly until the text disappears.
To display an index/initial page ( CALL/
)
Press CALL/
if no page number is displayed in the text
mode. The index page (FAST mode) or the preset initial
page (LIST mode) will appear.
To display an index/initial page ( P
/ )
Press P to switch to the previous page. Press P
to
switch to the next page.
To select sub pages (
)
When a page is divided into sub pages, a “S” mark will
displayed on the top of the text page. The sub pages will
advance to the next page automatically. To view and hold a
desired sub page, press
and enter the sub page number
in 4-digit, (eg. page 2, press ‘0’, ‘0’, ‘0’ and ‘2’.)
To stop a page of text (

can also stop the sub pages from advancing. Press
to
stop the page. “
”will appear in the top left of the screen.
Press again to release the stop mode.
