Incorporating Them into

Your Process

TorqTags are a quick and convenient method of numbering the bolts on a flange. No longer are chalk or
paint pens needed. Rather this reusable magnetic disc can be used with the number and barcode clearly
visible and able to be scanned by the COMMANDER XT1000.

The TorqTags are placed on the bolt or the flange according to your bolting pattern as shown below.

The TorqTag is scanned with the COMMANDER prior to torqueing to ensure the wrench is on the correct
bolt.
