Install Castor Wheels
1. Place the desired amount of ”C” shaped spacers onto
the castor wheel fork (Fig. 2).

2. Insert the castor wheel fork into the castor arm
mounting tube (Fig. 2).
3. Place all remaining spacers on the spindle shaft above
the caster arm mounting tube.
4. Install the locking pin to secure the assembly.
5. Ensure that all four castor wheels are set at the same
height.
Mount Tow Arms
1. Mount tow arms to front of deck with (2) clevis pins
and cotter pins. Position tow arms as shown in figure 3.

Mount Combination Deck
1. Roll the deck under the Versa Vac. Make sure flail is
positioned to the front.
2. Slide the tow arms onto the frame pins. Secure each tow
arm to frame pin with a washer and hair pin cotter
(Fig. 4).

3. Connect each lift chain to a deck bracket with a clevis
pin and hair pin cotter (Fig. 5).
