Lubrication
Greasing the Bearings and
Bushings
Service Interval: Every 50 hours (daily when
conditions are dusty and dirty).
Grease Specification: No. 2 lithium grease
The machine has grease fittings that you must
lubricate regularly. Dusty and dirty operating
conditions could cause dirt to get into the bearings
and bushings, resulting in accelerated wear. Lubricate
the grease fittings immediately after every washing,
regardless of the interval specified.
1. Prepare the machine for maintenance; refer to
Preparing for Maintenance (page 41) .
2. Grease fittings at the locations and for quantities
are as follows:
